The FRFRC is located at 60 Veteran's Drive.

To provide a safe environment for parents/guardians or caregivers and their children to interact with each other and to improve their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being through their involvement with the various programs within the organization.

The purpose of The Fredericton Regional Family Resource Centre is to be the hub of a support network for families with children six and under. The FRFRC aims to connect families with community services, resources and extends to distinct outreach sites in our region. Its main goals are to enhance positive parenting skills, to improve the health and safety of preschool children, and to provide information, support and referral services to parents.

The FRFRC offers meeting space and a variety of opportunities for parents to share, learn and grow. It is directed by a community Board and operates with a number of qualified staff. Volunteers are actively involved in all aspects of the FRFRC and are crucial to its success.

The FRFRC offers family drop-ins, parent education programs, support groups, toy/resource lending library, and special activities which bring people together. The FRFRC also offers information and referral services and a variety of programs. The major program focus is on effective parenting and child development. The FRFRC strives to raise public awareness on parent/child issues and the importance and the preschool years.

Funding for our program has been made available by Public Health Agency of  Canada through the Community Action Program for Children (CAPC).
